A leading International hotel chain has announced room attendant job, IHG hotels and resorts are looking for professional and efficient individual to join them as room attendant in Doha, Qatar. The full time permanent role is responsible for cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other parts of the hotel as per supervisors instructions. Room Attendant Job Responsibilities

As a room attendant you are responsible for:

Cleaning of rooms including vaccuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
Cleaning kitchen area , room refrigerator, coofee machines, cups, and glasses.
Maintenance of guest rooms.
Cleaning bathrooms as per standards.
Collecting clothes from guest rooms for washing and dry cleaning.
Reporting maintenance related issues.
Responding to guest’s queries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Following company’s policies.

Requirements

Secondary school certificate or equivalent certificate.
Experience in hospitality industry.
Physically fit to perform daily assigned tasks.
Professional and groomed appearance.
Able to communicate both in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication and customer services.
