Australian Country Choice is leader in beef production and supplying industry is looking for feedmill operators to join their team in Darling Downs region, west of Toowoomba, Australia. Opal Creek feedlot has high class facility to accomodate 30,000 head of cattle including long fed Wagyu to short fed domestic cattle. Feedmill is critical for production of 450 tonnes of feed per day. As a feedmill worker you are responsible for safely and efficiently daily operations of feedmill.

Feedmill Operators Responsibilities

As a feedmill operator you are responsible for performing:

Operating feed truck for distributing feed to cattle.
Operating front end loader for preparing rations.
Monitoring, measuring, loading, and weighing ingredients.
Operating equipments to mill grain as per standards.
Keeping and recording data.
Vehicle and macjinery maintenance.

Requirements

Manual and valid driving licence.
Previous experience in the relevat area.
Commitment to work safety policies.
Attention to detail and positive attitude.
Ability to safely operate heavy machinery.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Basic computer skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work in team under supervision.
