Les Jardins d’En Haut is hiring greenhouse labourer to join their team in Havelock, Canada. This full time seasonal employment requires no degree, diploma, or any kind of certificate. However, experience in the same field is considered a bonus. The key duties of greenhouse farmers has to perform daily farm task related to vegetable farming. They deal with avariety of vegetable farming including bell peppers, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, herbs, onions, tomatoes, zucchinis, greenhouse vegetables and tomatoes. The company is looking for efficient, talented, and reliable individuals to work onsite and outdoor at rural areas in wet, hot, noisy, and dusty environment.

Greenhouse Labourer Responsibilities

Cultivating on vertical farming systems.
Dividing harvested produce in marketable and non marketable lots.
Cleaning greenhouse.
Fertilizer mixing.
Harvesting vegetables by hand.
Level earth.
Weeding.
Prepare daily progress report.
Watering plants and looking over garden and lawn.
Potting and re-potting plants.

Requirements

Experience in green economy sector.
Physically demanding.
Attention to detail.
Able to lift 13 kg weight.
Efficient, reliable, and team player.
