The role is responsible for Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipments. Maintaining and conducting daily inspections of the mechanical plants. Monitoring and controling of property temperature. Monitoring and analyzing energy and utilities usage. Maintenance of all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assembling, installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems. Assembling, installing, and maintaining pipes, fittings, valves, etc. Perform daily maintenance of pool and spa.

HVAC Technician Requirements
- Higher school, technical, trade or vocational degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same area.
- Valid driving licence.
- HVAC certification.
- EPA universal certification.
