Travel + Leisure Co is looking for efficient, talented, and hardworking person to join their teams as hotel maintenance staff at multiple location across Japan. As a hotel maintenance team member you are responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and repairs of hotel FFE.

Hotel Maintenance Staff Responsibilities

The key duties of the role includes:

Regularly inspecting all equipment, machinery, and facilities to detect potential issues.
Fixing mechanical electrical and structural issues.
Performing daily maintenance including cleaning lubrication and adjustments.
Responding to emergencies in efficient manner.
Installation of new equipment and machinery.
Working with maintenance team members, engineers, and managers to ensure safety.
Maintenance of records.
Cleaning and organizing of common areas, break and rest rooms.

Requirements

Previous experience with general maintenance.
Physically fit to lift 10kg.
Good communications, Physical stamina, and ability to work in shifts.
Mechanical apitude and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to lift heavy objects.
Able to use chemicals on daily basis.
