As a Maintenance Worker Reporting to Service Manager this full time permanent position you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of facilities.

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities

You are responsible for daily taska including:

Conducting routine inspections of buildings floors and equipment.
Performing daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubrication.
Reporting repairs and maintenance issues.
Responding to emergency maintenance situations in efficent way.
Maintaining of records related to maintenance and other activities.
Collaborating with other team members for smooth facility operations.
Maintaining a safe and clean workplace.

Requirements

Previous experience of more than 2 years in similar field.
Excellent knowledge of facility maintenance and management.
Able to pass national police check.
Heavy vehicle driving licence with clean history.
