Singhasari Resort is looking for professional, talented, and efficient individuals to join their team as cook helper in Batu, Indonesia. The full time permanent role requires high school certificate, vocational school certificate, or equivalent qualification, as well as minimum 2 years of relevant experience in same role in 4 or 5 star hotel. The cook assistant is responsible for performing general kitchen duties from monday to friday and must be flexible to work on weekends in shift hours. Singhasari Resort & Convention Batu is a luxurious and breathtaking beautful resort located in Batu, Indonesia. It has a calming mountain view rooms, restaurant, rooftop bar, swimming pool, and mini golf.

Cook Helper Responsibilties

As a cook assistant at Singhasari Resort you are responsible for performing variety of tasks includig:

Operating dishwsher to wash dishes.
Sanitizing and washing dishes by hand.
Keep records of ingredients quantities.
Preparing simple foods.
Assisting head chef in cookng.
Stocking refrigerators and pantry.
Using manual as well as electric equipments and tools for cleaning, peeling and stuffing food items.
Handling and storing kitchen cleaning products.
Maintain and organize workplace.
Removing kitchen garbage and disposing trash.

Requirements for Cook Helper

Indonesian nationality.
Minimum high school , vocational school or relevant qualification.
Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position in 4 or 5 stars hotel.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to work in Batu area.
Honest, people oriented, and pleasant person.
Able to work in shift hours
