Room Attendant Jobs Responsibilities

As a room attendant at Harbour Grand kowloon you are responsible for:

• Vaccuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing the rooms.
• Cleaning kitchen area , room refrigerator, coofee machines, cups, and glasses in the guest rooms.
• Maintenance of rooms as per standards.
• Cleaning guest bathrooms as per standards.
• Collecting guest clothes from guest rooms for washing and dry cleaning.
• Reporting maintenance related issues to relevant department.
• Responding to guest’s queries and ensuring guest satisfaction as per hotel standards.
• Following hotel’s policies.

Requirements

• Primary school certificate or equivalent certificate.
• Certificate in hospitality will be given preference.
• Physically fit to perform daily assigned tasks and hardworking attitude.
• Professional and groomed personality.
• Excellent communications in english and good customer services.
