They are looking for efficient hardworking, and reliable individuals who can perform farming duties in dusty, hot, and fast paced outdoor environment. Individuals applying for this post must be physically fit to perform bendig, crouching, kneeling duties. The primary duties of fruit farmers include harvesting crops, clearing field of woods and stones, grading fruits according to shape size and color, mixing of fertilizers, planting, and irrigating. Loading and unloading of crates, looking after livestock and poultry at farm as well as operating farm machinery and equipment also cmes under job duty.
