Cavendish Agri Service is looking for hardworking and talented person to join them as seasonal fertilizer plant worker in Charlottetown, PE, Canada. This sesonal position from the end of March to the end of June, Reporting to the Plant Supervisor requires results driven, self starter person who is always looking for opportunities for improvement and able to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

Seasonal Fertilizer Plant Worker Responsibilities

As a plant operator you are responsible for Performing tasks including:

Receiving Blend Tickets from Administration or Operations team.
Use blending system to complete fertilizer order.
Ensuring that fertilizer blend is accurate and complete.
Communicate with loader operator and plant operators regarding raw material need.
Prioritize staged orders to ensure timely completion of orders.
Any other general plant opeation duties.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 55lbs (25kgs) of weight.
Have no issues to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to operate semi automated equipment.
Comfortable with technology.
Mechanical aptitude.
Experience working in manufacturing or farm/fertilizer operations is a bonus.

Benefits

Company offers $18.00 to $20.00 hourly wage rate as well as other incentives including work life balance schedule, sick leaves, and free parking.
