They are Hong Kong based food factory that covers over 77,000 square feet and manufacture full range of western style delicatessen products supply fresh and smoked salmon. With a view to further develop the market the company invite high caliber candidates to apply the production supervisor position.

Production Supervisor Jobs Responsibilities

Assisting in implementing operation plans and work schedules at production unit for effective utilization of employees equipment and material along with maximum productivity
Monitoring production procedures and standards of work to ensure quality standards.
Provide support on daily basis in daily operation & cost control aspect.
Conducting regular operational reviews to explore improvement.

Requirements

Tertiary education, equivalent or above
Minimum 3 years of related experience in food & beverage industry.
Excellent command of written & spoken in English and Chinese.
Responsible self motivated and excellent interpersonal.
Able to lead the production team.
