CruiseHQ has announced an exciting opportuniy to join them as cruise product coordinator; in this role the individual will report to the head of product and responsible for creation, delivery, and display of innovative and exclusive products for company’s partners to increase the sale revenue. The CruiseHQ is Flight Centre Travel Group’s new B2B cruise wholesale division which curate and deliver unrivalled and tailor made cruise packages.

Cruise Product Coordinator Responsibilities

Collaborate with Head of Product, Senior Product Specialist, suppliers, internal and external teams to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns to ensure timely delivery of product delivery and smooth process flow.
Uploading new custom packages to the B2B website to ensure clear presentation of product details, pricing accuracy, and easy customer booking experience
Maintaining and updating website content like promotions and expired packages along with monitoring supplier fares for accuracy and providing performance reports
Managing promotional groups and select sailings to ensure accurate pricing activation, functionality testing on the B2B booking site, meeting deadlines, and daily tracking and reporting of sales
Supporting internal and external customers with product or package inquiries, attending industry events, and staying informed on latest industry developments.
Handling customer support escalations, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for agents and the business.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in same role reservations or wholesale role within the travel industry.
Previous experience in achieving targets and KPI’s in the cruise/travel sector
Positive mind and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent attention to detail and must be good at problem solving and working well under pressure
Ambitious highly motivated and organized individual.
Excellent computer skills and attitude to learn new computer systems including Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience.
