Cleaner Job Qualifications

• Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and polish floors for a clean and safe environment.

• Elevator Maintenance: Regularly clean and disinfect elevators.
• Guest Assistance: Respond to requests for additional supplies or specific needs.
• Facility Guidance: Provide basic information about the premises when asked.
• Trash Management: Collect debris and empty waste containers.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks like window, wall, and ceiling cleaning.
• Personal Hygiene Support: Offer assistance with personal care, such as bathing, for clients as needed.
• Complaint Resolution: Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Work Conditions
