Responsibilities

Your shift is built on kindness.

Daily kindness:

• Help with washing, dressing, toileting, meals.
• Support mobility—walking, hoists, wheelchairs.
• Spend real time listening and joining activities.
• Notice changes in mood or health and report quickly.
• Keep accurate digital records.
• Offer comfort when someone is upset or nearing end of life.
• Safeguarding—spot and speak up about any concerns.
• Work as a tight team to keep the home running smoothly.

Full-time hours—mix of earlies, lates, weekends.
