Requirements

Any gender applicants with ALL of these:

  • Completed full TITP in Caregiving/Kaigo.
  • Original TITP + JITCO certificates.
  • JLPT N4 or N3 certificate.
  • Passed Japan national care worker skills exam (or ready COE.
  • Vocational diploma in caregiving or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of actual hands-on elderly care.
  • Gentle personality & strong sense of responsibility.
  • Physically able for lifting/transferring.

Responsibilities

Your day is quite kind.

Daily care:

  • Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Safe transfers—bed to wheelchair, walking support.
  • Administer medication per chart.
  • Light housework—laundry, room tidying, meal prep.
  • Accompany to the hospital or day service.
  • Monitor health changes & report to the nurse.
  • Provide conversation, smiles, and emotional support.
  • Record care logs accurately.

Rotating shifts—day 7-16, evening 13-22, night 22-7.
