Requirements
YWA seeks proven Japan caregivers only.
Any gender applicants with one of these two clear paths:
Path 1 – Ex-TITP Route
- Successfully finished full 3-year TITP nursing care contract in Japan
- Hold JLPT N4 certificate or higher
- Vocational diploma / short course in Caregiving or Nursing-related
Path 2 – SSW Route
- Passed Prometric Nursing Care exam (Kaigo)
- JLPT N4 or higher
- Minimum 3 years actual elderly care experience
Age 18+ and ready for immediate deployment.
Responsibilities
Your shift is dignity & warmth.
Daily care:
- Assist bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding.
- Safe transfers & mobility support (wheelchair, walker).
- Vital checks, medication reminders (under nurse).
- Light housekeeping & meal serving.
- Recreation activities & emotional support.
- Accurate Japanese charting & reporting.
- Night shifts possible.
6-day week, 8–9 hrs/day.
