Requirements

YWA seeks proven Japan caregivers only.

Any gender applicants with one of these two clear paths:

Path 1 – Ex-TITP Route

• Successfully finished full 3-year TITP nursing care contract in Japan
• Hold JLPT N4 certificate or higher
• Vocational diploma / short course in Caregiving or Nursing-related

Path 2 – SSW Route

• Passed Prometric Nursing Care exam (Kaigo)
• JLPT N4 or higher
• Minimum 3 years actual elderly care experience

Age 18+ and ready for immediate deployment.

Responsibilities

Your shift is dignity & warmth.

Daily care:

• Assist bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Safe transfers & mobility support (wheelchair, walker).
• Vital checks, medication reminders (under nurse).
• Light housekeeping & meal serving.
• Recreation activities & emotional support.
• Accurate Japanese charting & reporting.
• Night shifts possible.

6-day week, 8–9 hrs/day.
