A-1 Precision Stucco runs multiple residential and commercial crews across Metro Vancouver—new builds, renos, scratch-coat, acrylic finishes, and EIFS systems. As a Construction Helper in Surrey, you will be the extra pair of hands every crew needs: moving scaffolding, mixing mud, feeding pumps, cleaning tools, and keeping sites safe and tidy so the trades can fly.

Requirements

A-1 wants strong backs and good attitudes.

You are perfect with:

• Physically fit—can lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly.
• Any construction site experience 1–7 months (will train beginners).
• Steel-toe boots & basic PPE (hi-vis, hard hat, gloves).
• Reliable transport—sites all over the Lower Mainland (crew truck picks up from Surrey yard).
• Available Monday–Friday 7 am–3:30 pm (some overtime).
• Legal to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid permit).

Punjabi/English, both fine—crew speaks both.

Responsibilities

Your day keeps the pros productive.

Full-time 40 hrs (morning/day shifts):

• Load/unload trucks—bags of cement, sand, lath, scaffolding.
• Mix stucco, mortar, and grout in a mixer or by hand.
• Carry materials to the masons & stucco crew.
• Clean pumps, tools, and mixers at the end of the day.
• Remove rubble, sweep, and stack scrap neatly.
• Dig trenches, level ground, and spread gravel.
• Assist with spill cleanup & site safety.
• Tend screed machines & concrete tools.

Plenty of overtime in spring/summer.
