Requirements

You are perfect with:

• High school graduate or higher.
• Minimum 1 year professional cooking (hotel, restaurant, or household).
• Strong Arabic cuisine skills—mandi, madhbi, kabsa, machboos, thareed, etc.
• Experience prepping fresh salads, breads, and desserts.
• Excellent hygiene & food safety habits.
• Pleasant personality & patience.
• Basic spoken English—Arabic is a big bonus.

Age 18+ and UAE-ready.

Responsibilities

Your day is a delicious tradition.

Daily kitchen rhythm:

• Shop or receive fresh ingredients.
• Prepare breakfast (balaleet, khameer, eggs).
• Cook lunch & dinner—rice dishes, grilled meats, stews.
• Bake Arabic sweets & breads.
• Portion & plate beautifully.
• Store leftovers correctly.
• Deep clean all utensils & surfaces after service.
• Follow family preferences & dietary needs.

Live-in or 10–12 hr shifts, 6 days/week.
