Rising Star Human Resources, Inc.
If you have ever sat down with a complex set of MEP drawings, a fresh Excel sheet, and a clear deadline, and felt that quiet thrill of turning lines on paper into accurate numbers that win projects, then you already know why this kind of work pulls certain people in. It is part detective work (spotting every hidden cost), part strategist (knowing where to sharpen the pencil without risking quality), and part storyteller (presenting numbers so cleanly that the client immediately trusts them). In Bahrain’s steadily growing construction and infrastructure scene, companies need estimators who combine technical depth with commercial sense – people who can read piping isometrics one minute and build a bullet-proof tender summary the next.
Rising Star Human Resources, Inc. is recruiting an Estimator / Coordinator for a respected client working across MEP, water & sewage, and oil & gas projects in Bahrain. This permanent full-time Estimator Coordinator role offers a monthly salary of BHD 350.
