The full time permanent employment requires no degree, diploma, and certificate. The primary duties of farm supervisor has to supervisor a team of 20 members who are responsible for daily farming task. The role is responsible for general farm supervising task at outdoor sites in wet, noisy, dusty, and hot environment.
Farm Supervisor Jobs Responsibilities
- Supervising and cordinating general farmers and harvesting labourers.
- Ensuring farm safety.
- Ensuring bio security procedures are carried out.
- Maintenance of farming records and production records.
- Quality control activities.
- Supervising the crop growing and other operations.
- Keeping records and logs.
- Operating and maintenance of farm machinery.
- Other farm activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in farming.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as supervisor.
- Well known with farm amchinery tools, and equipments.
- Able to join as soon as posiible.
- Physically fit to perform farm tasks.
