JR’s Farming Limited is hiring general farm labourers to join their team in Vanessa, Canada. This full time seasonal role requires no degree, diploma, or certificate. However, experience in the related field is considered a bonus. The key duties of farmers has to perform daily farm task related to tobacco farming. The company is looking for efficient, talenrted, and hardworking individuals to work outdoor at rural areas in wet, hot, noisy, and dusty environment.
General Farm Labourers Responsibilities
- Planting, cultivating and irrigation of crops.
- Greenhouse cleaning.
- Cutting of horticulture crops.
- Harvesting crops.
- Maintenance of farm machinery and equipments.
- Operating machinery.
- Maintenance of farm.
- Other farm duties assigned by manager.
Requirements
- First Aid Certificate.
- Must be able to operate farm equipments and tools.
- Able to carry up to 13 kg weight.
- Must have own transport.
- Efficient, reliable, and team player.
- Able to work Mon to Fri and on weekends when needed.
- Physically fit to perform all farm duties efficiently.
