Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a General Farm Worker, you will play an essential role in our farm’s operations, with responsibilities including:
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Providing agricultural services such as plowing, spraying, irrigating, and harvesting
- Coordinating and supervising general farm workers and harvest laborers
- Ensuring quality control and maintaining production records
- Overseeing crop growth and related farm activities
- Performing general farm duties to support daily operations
What We Require for General Farm Worker:
- Language Skills: Basic English proficiency.
- Education: No specific degree, certificate, or diploma needed.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of farm-related work experience.
Work Environment:
This is an on-site role requiring work to be completed at our physical location in Surrey. Remote work options are not available.
