VeiraMal Consulting is recruiting one fully qualified, passionate stylist for this busy, modern salon at $75,000–$85,000 + super, permanent full-time, 38 hours per week. Requirements

Indian Beauty Studio wants real all-around talent.

You are perfect with:

• AQF Certificate III + 2 years on-the-job OR Certificate IV in Hairdressing.
• Minimum 2–3 years salon-floor experience post-qualification.
• Confident in cutting (men’s & women’s), colouring, foiling, and balayage.
• Chemical treatments—keratin, straightening, perming, relaxers.
• Braiding, dreadlocks, extensions, and wig styling.
• Beard shaping & hot-towel shaves.
• Strong consultation skills—listen and recommend honestly.
• Full Australian work rights.

Indian hair experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

Your chair is creativity central.

38-hour week (includes one weekend day):

• Consult, shampoo, condition, scalp massage.
• Precision cutting—scissors, clippers, razor work.
• All colour services—roots, full head, highlights, fashion colours.
• Chemical straightening, smoothing, and volumising.
• Bridal & special-occasion styling, braids, extensions.
• Beard trims & grooming for male clients.
• Sanitise tools & station between every client.
• Book appointments, take payments, retail product recommendations.
