Responsibilities

Your counter is the first & last impression.

Daily front desk:

• Welcome guests, allocate rooms, issue key cards.
• Process reservations, modifications, cancellations.
• Handle cash, card, and invoice payments.
• Answer phone & email enquiries politely.
• Manage wake-up calls & taxi bookings.
• Calmly resolve complaints & special requests.
• Complete shift reports & handover.
• Light admin—filing, lost & found, postage.

Shift work—earlies 7-15, lates 15-23, some nights.
