Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description
Working with Marriott International you will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaned by the housekeeping staff. Assisting housekeeping in daily activities, running a sold room report, verifying room status, and updating of guest departure also comes under job duties. You also have to ensure a safe work environment by following company’s policies, maintaining quality standards, having good communication skills, and uniform personal apperance.
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent diploma/certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
- Organized and punctual person.
- Must able to supervise the team.
- Excellent communication and customer services skills.
