Vestas is looking for installation supervisor to join their installation department in Bucharest,Romania. As a part of installation team managed by the Site Manager you will be will be responsible for supervising all field activities to ensure safety, quality, and planning standards are met while providing technical assistance. This full time permanent role requires geographical mobility copany will provide accommodation during the installation of the parks and training in Denmark or Spain. You are required to work 11 days on site and 3 days off, this can be adjusted depending on business requirements.
Installation Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise lifting wind turbine operations preparation and inspections.
- Follow up with work inside the wind turbine.
- Ensuring the quality and reporting any non compliance.
- Create punch lists during wind turbine installation
- Ensure proper unloading of components.
- Reporting on safety, cost planning, and quality improvement
Requirements
- High school degree plus 2/3 years in construction management or in relevant field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in site and team management.
- Good knowledge of safety, management procedures, delivery stations, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs.
- Experience in the wind sector is not essential but valuable.
- Fluency in Romanian and English language comunication.
- Excellent organizational interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and focus in stressful conditions.
