The role is responsible for carrying out daily laundr operations under supervisors guidance. The laundry worker is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while keeping up with company’s safety standards.

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities
You are respinsible for following duties:
- Collecting guest laundry.
- Keeping track of incoming laundry.
- Answering laundry telephones and responding queries.
- Inspecting guest laundry to ensure proper cleaning and treatment.
- Wash, clean, and dry clean laundry as per company’s standards.
- Operating laundry machines.
- Maintaing log sheets.
- Keeping laundry space organized and clean.
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in hospitality or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in 5 star hotel.
- Good kowledge of housekeeping, cleaning chemicals, and equipments.
