- Developing and updating individualized care plans based on physician orders and patient response

- Monitoring continuous infusions, oxygen saturation, telem,e, try, and other equipment
- Providing wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, NG tube management, etc.
- Observing for early signs of deterioration and escalating quickly when needed
- Educating patients and families about medications, discharge instructions, and self-care
- Documenting everything accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborating with doctors, specialists, physiotherapists,s and other team members
- Ensuring infection control, fall prevention, and patient safety standards are maintained
