Mushroom Farm Job Responsibilities:

• Harvesting mushrooms and other crops by hand.
• Preparing and applying fertilizers to enhance soil fertility.
• Cleaning and maintaining greenhouse areas.
• Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and tools.
• Loading, unloading, and transferring farm supplies and produce.
• Examining crops to ensure quality standards for market readiness.
• Performing general cleaning and upkeep of work areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Requirement: Basic understanding of English.
• Education: No formal education, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: No prior experience is needed; we provide on-the-job training.

Workplace Environment:

• This is an on-site role; remote work is not available. All tasks are performed at our farm location in Lindell Beach.
