Responsibilities

Your desk is guest central.

Daily hospitality:

• Warm check-in & check-out with perfect paperwork.
• Manage bookings—phone, email, walk-in.
• Prepare bills, process cash/cards, an  balance shifts.
• Answer multi-line phones, direct calls & messages.
• Handle guest complaints with grace & speed.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B requests.
• Data entry, guest records, reports.
• Keep reception & lobby immaculate.

Hotel shifts—rotating, including nights & weekends.
