Your station runs a smooth service.

Daily restaurant rhythm:

• Warm irasshaimase greeting & table escort.
• Present menu, explain specials & allergens.
• Recommend drinks, sides, and desserts.
• Take accurate orders & input to the POS/kitchen ticket.
• Serve food & drinks with perfect timing.
• Check satisfaction & handle requests.
• Clear tables quickly & reset.
• Follow hygiene rules—hand washing, uniform, and hair net.

Shift work—lunch 11-15, dinner 17-23, weekends are busy.
