Requirements

ARAM wants proven restaurant leaders only.

Any gender applicants with ALL of these:

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or F&B Management from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in 100+ cover establishments.
• Hands-on experience running breakfast, lunch & dinner service.
• Full P&L responsibility in previous roles.
• Expert with Micros, Oracle, or similar POS systems.
• Advanced Excel for inventory, costing, and scheduling.
• Fluent spoken & written English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Immaculate grooming & confident presence.
• Ready for 6-day week, split shifts, late finishes.

Responsibilities

You are the heartbeat of the restaurant.

48-hour contractual week (realistically 50–55 hrs):

• Open & close the restaurant daily.
• Lead briefing, train staff on steps of service & upselling.
• Control ambience—lighting, music volume, table settings, cleanliness.
• Monitor every plate leaving the pass—presentation, temperature, timing.
• Handle guest complaints instantly & professionally.
• Run daily inventory, place orders, minimise waste.
• Build staff schedules, control labour cost to budget.
• Cash-ups, banking, Micros reports, sales analysis.
• Negotiate with suppliers when required.
• Drive promotions & events.

Peak periods = Christmas, Ramadan, Expo seasons—big bonuses.
