As a full time senior controller you are responsible to work with relevant business parties monitoring Fleet F&B revenues and costs, analyses business trends and provides accurate and monthly, quaterly, and yearly F&B reporting.
Senior Controller Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing historical data, cost revenues data and passengers forecast per ship.
- Preparing all essential data analysis for the yearly budget process to ensure accurate and solid forecast simulations.
- Use financial systems of company for monitor F&B costs & revenues and prepare updates to be submitted to the F&B Budget & Controlling Coordinator.
- Preparing presentations as needed to show costs & revenues analysis and specific projects impact.
- Working with Ships Inventory and Accounting departments monitor ship operational costs & revenue trends for whole fleet.
- Preparing business case simulations to facilitate the decision making process of strategic projects.
- Participating in cross functional business projects and perform ad hoc analysis when needed.
- Extracting and analyzing all relevant information from various IT sources and help the Team in translating data into concrete actions.
- Supporting the team in month end closing, forecasting activities and any other tasks.
Requirements
- EU Passport.
- Five plus years of proven working experience in Analyst role within the cruise sector.
- Fluent English and Italian communication.
- Advanced Excel skills knowledge of BO, QSENSE and POWER BI is advantage.
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics Engineering or relevant area..
- Strong knowledge of budget and forecasting along with analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and target oriented person.
