• Bachelor’s or College degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years full-time barista experience (specialty coffee mandatory).
• Confident in La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, or similar prosumer machines.
• Dial-in, distribution, and latte art at competition level.
• Deep knowledge of origins, processing methods, and brew ratios.
• Flawless milk steaming—microfoam for cappuccino, paint for flat white.
• Fluent in spoken English; Arabic is a bonus.
• Energetic, confident, always smiling, immaculately presented.
• Ready to share 2 full-length photos with the application.

Responsibilities

Your bar is showtime.

6-day week, 8–10 hr shifts:

• Greet every guest like a regular.
• Take detailed orders—blend preference, milk type, strength, syrups.
• Grind, dose, tamp, pull shots 25–30 sec golden ratio.
• Steam & pour latte art (hearts, tulips, swans).
• Brew filter—V60, Chemex, AeroPress for pour-over lovers.
• Serve pastries, check temperatures, and present beautifully.
• Daily grinder & machine cleaning, back-flushing, water filter checks.
• Report maintenance instantly.
• Upsell beans, retail brew gear, loyalty cards.
