Responsibilities

• Model & analyse building frames, foundations, and slabs.
• Calculate dead, live, wind & seismic loads.
• Design beams, columns, and shear walls to code.
• Coordinate with architects & MEP for clash-free designs.
• Produce detailed drawings & BOQs.
• Review shop drawings & site variations.
• Conduct risk assessments on existing structures.
• Ensure projects finish on schedule & budget.
