Requirements

You are ready with:

Valid Manitoba Class 1/A driver’s licence.
Air Brake (Z) endorsement.
Clean commercial abstract (under 6 points).
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Comfortable with 10–12 hour days & weekend shifts.
Physically fit for tarping & light loading assistance.
Basic English—logbook & dispatch communication.

New grads & recent Class 1 holders encouraged.

Responsibilities

Your day keeps Manitoba moving.

Daily runs:

Full pre-trip, en-route & post-trip inspections.
Drive straight trucks or tractor-trailers safely.
Tarp & secure loads properly.
Record logbook, fuel, hours, and distance accurately.
Minor roadside repairs & brake adjustments.
Relay info to central dispatch via phone/tablet.
Obtain permits for oversize/special cargo.
Collect payments & PODs when required.
Keep the truck clean inside & out.
